The current BeClutch app is designed specifically for program staff, including directors, counselors, and coaches. It provides them with the administrative tools they need to manage programs in the field. We are developing a parent-facing portal as part of our future roadmap.

What devices does the app work on?

How do we control what information staff can see?

BeClutch features role-based security. You can assign staff members to specific programs, and they will only be able to see the rosters and information for the programs they are assigned to. This ensures data privacy and security.

Does the app work offline?

While a data connection is required for real-time updates and communication, core information like rosters and participant details can be cached on the device for temporary offline access, ensuring you have critical information even in areas with poor connectivity.
