BeClutch Transactional SMS Policy

Program Purpose: BeClutch provides automated transactional text messages for account security (2FA), administrative alerts, and club-related notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

1. How to Opt-In

Users opt-in by providing their mobile number on the BeClutch portal and checking the "Consent" box. By doing so, you agree to receive automated transactional messages. Joining this program is not a requirement for using BeClutch services.

2. How to Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages, text STOP to our toll-free number at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate the opt-in process.

4. Fees and Frequency

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency is transactional and depends entirely on your account activity (e.g., login attempts or administrative updates).

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. BeClutch does not share or sell SMS opt-in data or consent information to any third parties for any reason.
